RGFSGXML module: Program - Publish FSG Report
Symptoms
Attempting to publish and Financial Statement Generator Report (FSG) and the request is ending inerror.
This occurs for all FSG's that are being submitted to generate via the following:
View>Requests>Submit a new Request> Program - Publish FSG Report
The error being seen in the log file is:
The Output Post-processor is running but has not picked up this request.
No further attempts will be made to post-process this request, and the request will be marked
with Warning status.
Setting the profile option Concurrent: OPP Response Timeout to a higher value may be necessary".
Setting the OPP response time to a higher value has not resolved this issue.
This has not worked in the past.. attempting for the first time.
Workaround is to generate the output of the FSG via the Reports-> Request -> Financial,
but this does not allow the generation in the formats needed (PDF and Excel).
Business Impact - cannot generate Financial Reports in the needed formats.
Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:1) Log into System Administrator responsibility.
2) Navigate to: Concurrent/Manager/Administer - Query 'Output Post Processor'
3)Click 'Restart'
4)Click Refresh, the "Actual" and "Target" values should show "1"
5) Bounce the Concurrent Manager for this instance.
6) Retest the Publishing of the FSG.
